Actually, I don't find it heartless, I find it humorous. My brother would say the same thing to me. That's what brothers do to their sisters. We of course get even but that's the fun in sibling rivalry I thought. We truly love one another we just like to be a pain in the a$$ to each other. We have been since we were kids and I don't think it will ever end. That's why it's called a sense of humor and I think everyone should have one!

I think you better stick to saying she doesn't look a day over 40. If you were my brother, it would be a pay back coming your way.
Since I will be 53 years old in November, I would rather have a gift certificate to Target where I shop. If she collects any type of knick-knacks, you could get something for her collection. Taking her out to eat or just getting her a gift certificate to her favorite restaurant.
Gift certificates are great to give to someone because when they pick their own gift, you know the gift won't come back and hit you in the face.
Don't forget the cake and ice cream! And please, whatever you do, don't put 54 candles on the cake, she doesn't want to be reminded of the "age thing"!

No, you should not do that to your sister no matter how mean she was to you.
It is her birthday.
Why not just tell her she looks younger her age than it was last year, but there are still room for improvement.
Give her gifts that are used by women on the face to make them younger, there are plenty of them in groceries.

Get her a gift certificate for a massage at a spa, getting a pedicure or her nails done. I'm going to ignore your statement, all brothers are the same , even though it was funny I have to admit.

Why do you wanna ruin your sister's birthday by telling her that?!? Be nice to her and take her to dinner. If you really feel she looks that old, then take her somewhere for a makeover. Pamper your sister, don't be mean to her. How would you feel if she did that to you?!?

Well don't tell her she looks 64 that would be a good start. Get her some facial creme and make up for her b-day. Maybe that will help.

It's OK, I'll say the same thing to my sister when she turns 54 LOL.
Why not find something sentimental. Like something that reminds her of y'all's childhood together.

Why are you so mean? Do something nice for her. Send her flowers. Or take her to dinner. And don't comment on how old she looks. Geez.
