i think it's ok. i do prolly a hundred each day. you could give it a rest maybe once a week. but working them out everyday really gets them in shape.

When you work out a muscle group e.g your abs, the muscle fibers tear and its the rejoining of these tissues that define and harden muscles. Ideally there should be a whole day between workouts because muscle fibers take 24 hours to heal completely so I definitely think you should set aside about two days a week where you don't crunch your abs

Last time I heard it was ok. I wouldn't do strenuous ab work every day, but 5 minutes of abs everyday won't hurt.
