Try looking at his body language
Buying Signals
Angular Position
Animals in the wild turn their chests to the most important presence in their environment so they can be prepared to deal with it head-on without getting blindsided. It's an innate response that when your brain picks up on something significant, your torso turns to it without thinking. When someone is looking at you with their shoulders turned towards you, they are either perceiving you as a threat or they are interested in you. Pay attention to the facial expression to see if someone is facing you because they are apprehensive. If your boss is facing you with a serious look, chances are he wants you to get back to work. If somebody is turned towards you, but doesn't have any negative non verbal signs, it's a very good indicator of attraction.
When we like someone we tend to unconsciously point at them with our hands, feet, or legs. So even though the person might not be connecting eye contact with you, the torso might be swiveled towards your direction. Also take a look at the feet and see if they are pointing at you.
Blinking
Blinking just like pupil dilation and shining eyes could be a sign of someone liking you. Blink rate unconsciously increase when someone sees someone they like. One way to find out if that boy or girl really likes you is to see if they are blinking in an increased rate.
You can also get someone to like you or appear more friendlier by increasing your own blinking. If the other person unconsciously tries to mirror you and starts blinking faster themselves you know they like you. This triggers a physiological response where you both start to like each other more.
Flirting
Once you make eye contact with a woman, watch her for a few seconds after she looks away. If she does something that implies that she has become nervous due to you making eye contact, this means that she is interested in or attracted to you. For instance, she will play with her hair, adjust her clothing or jewelry, or fiddle with something in her hands.
She will expose her wrists and palms of her hands only to people she is interested in. This is a subconscious display of being submissive to you, in which her body is saying "If you want me, you can have me".
Her shoulder orientation is one of the most obvious signs of attraction. Her upper body will be facing you if she is interested, in essence, she points her shoulders at what she wants.
Leaning forward is also an easy sign to pick up. If her shoulders point at you and she is leaning towards you, then you can put your mind at ease, it's yours for the taking.
When her legs or feet are widened this means she is very comfortable with her surroundings and with you.
Her pupils will dilate (get bigger) while looking at a person she likes, and will get smaller while looking at a person she does not. Keep in mind that lighting can greatly effect this. For instance, if you are outside when the sun is present, her pupils may appear to be very small no matter how much she likes you, and vice versa. The best method to use for testing this is when you can view the change in her pupils when looking at you and then at someone else.
One of the best signs you can hope for is when she will laugh at just about every slick thing you try to say. You may begin to think that you might actually be pretty funny, but your wrong, she just likes you a lot, and that's even better!
She will make eye contact with you and hold it for a longer than usual period of time, almost uncomfortably long. Before looking away, remember to smile at her. This will let her know that you are interested and are a nice guy. Following this, you may also notice her glance at you occasionally. After the second or third look it should become obvious to you that she wants you to talk to her.
If you notice a woman flip her hair and immediately afterward glances your way, she is showing her interest in you and trying to get your attention focused on her by catching your eye.
Shining Eyes
The eyes have a tiny gland on the bottom of the eyelid secreting liquids such as tears and lubrication. When a person is interested or excited, the glands tend to secrete liquid thus giving the eyes the shiny appearance.
During courtship, shining eyes are used extensively to indicate a sign or attraction in the other person. When describing a guy, the girl might say "there was something in his eyes", "The lover's eyes" is another term used to mark their characteristic appearance.
In practice, it is very hard to have shining eyes without having genuine intentions, therefore there is the belief that people can tell one another's motives subconsciously through face to face interaction.
Shining Eyes combined with Pupil Dilation and Binocular Disparity subconsciously communicate enthusiasm and warmth towards the subject
Pupil Dilation
The dilation of the pupils is an increase in the diameter of the pupils as they get bigger to take in more light as it gets darker. Dilating pupils is also indicative of interest. One can subconsciously tell if the other person is eager to see them by the size of the pupils in the other persons eyes. When the pupils are large in normal lighting conditions, the persons eagerness and alert perception is noticed. A person with fake interest would be smiling and showing positive gestures, but their pupils would remain small, thus giving the person away.
Pupil Dilation combined with Shining Eyes and Binocular Disparity could be used in communicating enthusiasm and warmth towards the subject
Eyebrow Raise
The tendency for people to raise their eyebrows as one approaches them fact-to-face is usually indicative of esteem. If you walk down the street and encounter someone you don't know then the chances are that neither of you will raise your eyebrows. If you recognize each other, however, even if you do not greet each another, then eyebrows will likely raise and lower. Of particular interest here in a work context is that if one is not rated highly by the other person then that person will not raise their eyebrows, even though one is recognized.
While meeting a person, briefly raise and lower the eyebrows to communicate greetings as the person enters your scope of vision. Accompanied by a slight backwards head tilt, the greeting gesture can be made to come across as very sincere and genuine. Both the zygomatic smile and the eyebrow movement are very popular body language tools used by sales people and politicians.
Rapport
Rapport is simply mimicking or being in tune with the other person. When it comes to body language it is mirroring their body language which includes their posture, gestures, proximity and angle of their direction. For example, if the other person is sitting, they will find it more comfortable if the person approaching sits with them also. If the other person has closed body language, arms closed legs crossed, they are being reclusive. Don't be too open and lean too much into their space. It helps more to close your body language with them also so as to identify with the listener.
Girls are very well aware of mirroring and rapport. She looks to see if the guy is following her movement patterns to test if he likes her. Taking a drink at the same time, walking in stride. She's playing with her glass, you're playing with your pen. She brushes her hair, you straighten your collar etc. Women look to see for signs of being in tune with each other more so than they value compliments.
Zygomatic Smile
A very pleasant and one of the most sincere types of smiles which is very hard to produce on demand. A zygomatic smile is the real item, a genuine heartfelt smile that involves upturned corners of the mouth, wrinkling at the eyes, or crow's feet, and utilizes very many more facial muscles than we can easily control voluntarily. It is therefore virtually impossible to fake the zygomatic smile, and most of us, while not necessarily knowing it, can distinguish it from its poor cousin, the phony smile.

I would say that yes he's jealous. Most guys don't keep looking at someone just to stare for no reason. There is a reason and usually its because they like you. Ask around and see if anybody has heard anything. II don't know how blunt you are, but if you are then ask him why he keeps staring at you. I would, but i'm a very blunt person. Another suggestion is to just talk to him and see what kind of vibe you are getting from him. If you can't tell then ask him or other people and take it from there.

He is trying to work his charm on you.
If you ask me, i'd call that old style dating. That is when boys will not pluck up their courage, come and tell the girl they like them.
Instead they will go around doing what your class neigbour is doing. One day you will see him just jump and kiss you. Because he will assume, you know that he is interested in you even if he had not said so.
Don't fall for that, he should be able to tell you his feeling openly, out of his mouth with his own voice.
Otherwise you pass for an easy girl. It is vital you make men respect you by respecting yourself.

OK, I'm confused.....So far you've asked if a boy you claim not to like, likes YOU. And if a guy you USED to like, is jealous!
If you don't like either of these boys, why the heck would you care? I hope neither of them get involved with a whack-o like you, no offense.
The good news? TWO points for me!
