There are a number of ways to reduce stress, ranging from physical exercise to soothing music and meditation. But the best way to deal with it is find out what is causing the stress, and look for a way to reduce it at the source.
If it's work related, maybe you need a new job. If it's school related, maybe you need to realign your study habits. If you're stressed by family matters, a family conference or a heart to heart talk with your significant other might help you to get to the root of whatever is bothering you.
There are ways to ameliorate stress, but the most effective way is to reduce the stress causing agent in your life. And sometimes you have to be aggressive in order to get things to the stage where you can be calm.
Good luck!

some ways i reduce stress without medication i will take a long hot shower or bubble bath with candles lit and listen to some relaxion music,i will go for a long brisk walk, i will find a good book and start reading with some tea, you can lay on the couch and imagine yourself in a far away place and think good thoughts. or do some exercises or housework to burn off the tension i hope some of these work for you

Oooo-weee is that an open question! What kind of stress are we talking about here?
Off the cuff .... breathing deep into the belly, slow deep breaths in and out for at least five minutes .... doing something you love .... prioritizing your work schedule or your life .... getting a divorce .... Vitamins, particular the stress vitamins C and B .... declaring bankruptcy .... getting a better job .... therapy .... sex, (as long as you're not performance driven) .... trips into nature.
