In love the mountains. The leaves won't be changing for a few more weeks here so why not hit the beach until then?

I went to the beach last month. Going to the mountains next week. I live in Central California. What a great state!

Ummmmmmmmmm.........depends on the weather of course. If it's gonna be warm and sunny, soak up the last of the sun before summer is over! Think of what there is to do at the beach, and think of what there is to do at the mountains, and then think of which you would enjoy more! I'm sayin beach, because the mountains are better in the fall because of the leaves, the beach is only as fun as it can be when it's hot and sunny.

Definately mountains, the beach will be cool and windy, not sunny. The mountains are at the time of the year the leaves are changing colors, it's very beautiful this time of year. A very very beautiful sight to see.

Mountains !!!!! The leaves are starting to change nicely. It's not peak yet but rates are cheaper at lots of places and there are not so many people about. I suggest camping or rent a cabin.

Go to the beach while the weather allows it. You can always go to the mountains in the winter time.
