Make it yourself with a Dehydrater, soak the bear in terryaki and put on about 2-5 days.- but u can also get it at any deli ( depends where u live)

I dont' know ware you can find Bear meat Jerky, but I know ware you can find Lamb Bacon..

bear meat for jerky is unsafe I heard.
freezing the meat for preparation will NOT kill the parasites
