We had our TV right above the AC for two weeks and now it won't turn on. The AC was freezing. Is there any way that maybe the insides got too cold to work?

if dew formed on the componets you might be out of luck. even though the tv is off, it still has power going to it and is just waiting to get turned on. but you may be a ble to fix it. most tv's have a fuse inside just incase somethign like that happens. check the fuse, it probably blew. if it did, replace it and you should be fine.

Albeit a slight possibility, it is still a possibility. The answer before mine is pretty correct. The freon in your air conditioning unit is a liquid that is dispursed into the unit and then forced through the vents into your home. There is a possibility that the freon could have saturated some type of electronics in your television.

It's the same as putting your cell phone in your car window for a long time or taking it into the steam room with you: it's an electronic and moisture will fry some of the components in it.

Best thing to do, depending on the age of the TV, is to check the warranty on it and see if it's covered.

no its not the temp.your tv isn't that new right?you placed the tv on top of the AC where there is vibration.so, maybe it just shooked off some parts that loosen to the solder.thats why now its not turning on. (",)

I'm not sure but maybe the moister from the air from the air conditioner might have affected the TV somehow? I dunno.
