My boyfriend asked me out last night to go to the fair this sunday, well today my dad told me he wants to go fishing but its 4 hours away and a weekend trip. I also wanted to go to the football game on friday with some friends but thats not really important. But I only see my boyfriend once a week and me and my dad fish alot. wat should i do, sry for asking again

I would talk to dad and ask it was ok if you skipped the trip this time. I'm sure he realizes your growing up and that comes with changes. I would still make room for dad in my life also as often as I could.
I'm a dad with a 16 yr old girl. I have had to get used to the idea that there are going to be other men in her life besides me and her brothers..............good luck

Go fishing with ur dad before he gets too old do fish with u anymore or u grow up and go away. Sorry I'm a dad who misses his baby girls all of them. Their all married and gone away raising their own babies now and no time for me. I don't fish anymore becuz they rn't with me, it was my only time to really bond with them as father and daughters by ourselves.

Go with your DAD. he will always be there for you. The bf's will change and come and go. Ask the bf to go with you and dad fishing. the fair will come and go, too.

you should look at everything that you can do this weekend and pick the one that is going to make you happy, your dad will always be there, your boyfriend may not be. If it was me I would go to the football game
