For some reason I can't get enough of spicy tomato flavour Snaps. Then there's chicken & mushroom Pot Noodle, any kind of full English, Pringles & dips, Irn Bru, Guinness etc. etc. Basically anything crap!

Being Scottish it has to be a can of flat irn bru (seems to get the sugar into your system quicker) followed by a bacon buttie, cooked by someone else so you don't heave & a huge mug of tea.

Ice Cold pepsi and any flavor of Doritios. If I can't haved that then the next best thing is a nice spicy Bloody Mary with the works!

I agree, you should see some of the disgusting things I have downed after a horrendous night, left over curry, chips, gallons of fizzy drink - I think its the body's defence mechanism kicking in needing vitamins and nourishment. I love a hot sausage roll and a cup of strong sweet tea and then curse myself for not sticking to tea the night before and swearing never to do it again. Only human!! Only then, to go for a hair of the dog which makes it worse again.

I cant get to the food until I have used my cure. Lucozade sport (yes thats the one thats meant to rehydrate the body fast) and milk thistle tablets. Relax in a bath for half an hour and you are ready to face the world again. (yes there is real science behind this cure.....and a lot of testing, more road than clinical)

I never get hangovers. I never have. I'll drink til I see quadrupal and pass out, but the next day I'm fine. If it's the week end I'll probrably start drinking again. but the Question for me is the kinds of food I eat when I'm drunk. Which is most likely anything.

Depends on the hang over!

Honestly there is differant kinds, the kinds where you have been on an all nighter or simply just drank too much. If you have been awake all night ill suggest sleep!

Otherwise ice cubes in some coca cola does me well after a night on beer :)

Or in the summer a ice lolly! believe me they kick hangovers ***

Fresh fruit. It's not too dry, not too starchy, and not greasy. Greasy really upsets the hungover tummy. Could lead to bad things coming out your other end... And lots of water because drinking dehydrates ya.

A cheesy omelet and a Bloody Mary. Nothing like a little hair of the dog that bit ya!
