if you care about the girl then its worth the wait, if all you are looking for is that kind of intimacy then maybe you should move on, some girls arent ready to be intimate especially younger girls ... however if you want to take your relationship to another level dont pressure her into having sex with you because it could just lead to disaster... all you can do is suggest doing more... if she tells you she isnt ready for that type of relationship... wait it out.... unless you are impatient or just want her for that reason. In which case you should move on...
