I feel that it is possible that you have a deep connection with someone after a short time, but real love develops over time, when you get to know each properly. I think you be concentrating on getting your life back on track first, are you feeling vunerable because you had a bad marriage and rushing into the first person who has shown you affection. Dont't get me wrong, I do believe that it is possible after such a short time, I have had many relationships in the past from the age of 15 years old always had a boyfriend, then met my husband, knew each other for 3 months, then moved in together and have been together now 12 years, so I know it can work, but when we look back, we realise that we love each other much more now than we ever did in the beginning. But I think your situation is a bit different. You have to concentrate on getting your kids back first, before you start thinking about being in love with someone else. They must come first in your life and they need to realise that you regret leaving them, they need the stability and comfort that only a mother can give (to answer your other question). Good Luck and remember you can do it, you can prove to yourself and to others that you will make it up to your kids and be the best mother you can possibily be and if this guy you say you might love, will understand.

LOVE...If only it was in a handbook we would all be laughing. My wife of 12 years and i have known each other all our lives, we were neighbours. We couldnt stand the sight of one another a one stage in our lives. Then one day something changed, we both became friends and joked around with one another for around 2 years! Then one night that first kiss happened. 12 years on we have four boys and couldnt want anything else. You will know instinctivley if you are in love, try asking yourself how you would feel if he wasnt around tomorrow or the day after. When you get those butterflies!!... well, maybe love can happen in such a short time, just look at all those years we wasted.

Oh yes of COURSE it's possible. It's also understandable that the two of you are playing it cautiously if you've both previously had bad relationships but please remember one thing ok? ... Communication is probably one of the biggest things in any relationship for it to REALLY work and last. It's true that some people can communicate without having to really say anything and understand each other. That shows a very close bond but if you genuinely feel that you love him, why not tell him that and see what he says and how he reacts and maybe then you'll know for sure. Good luck. I really envy you. :)

Yes it is possible. I fell in love with my gf only a few weeks after we met online. We said "I love you", 2 weeks after we met online. When I told her, "I am madly in love with you", she said she felt the same way. We have been together nearly 3 years, and even though we still haven't met, we are still very much in love. We knew we were meant for each other. Good luck with your relationship!

It is not only possible, it happens all the time. The phrase "love at first sight" is not a fairy tale, If you love him, tell him. Dont take the chance of loosing the one you love only because you didn't tell him.
