Ok, I used to be a loser who didn't get any girls, so keep that in mind when you read this...
Anyway, over the past few years, I've gotten aggrivated with the fact that I was the laughingstock of my grade, and I decided to change it. As for my rep, it's intact, but I'm not the most popular guy in the school. As for the girls, it's a no-go. Due to the lack of them in the past (they prefered to laugh at me than to talk to me).
I've taken a notice to my change in personality. I'm gradually starting to become more fun and easygoing. So now with all that said and done, my dilemma. I can tell when a girl likes me now, and I've noticed a few who do in my school. The problem is, I don't know what to do next to start things up with her. I don't know, for example, how to go from just talking at school to ending up at her house. I've fallen behind the pack of other guys at the school, and I really can't talk to any of them. So can anyone help me? And fast because homecoming's coming up. :)

Keys to high school dating.
1. Realize all the other guys feel the same as you even though they dont' show it.
2. BE YOURSELF; Don't try to impress. people will like you for you.
3. Keep it simple to start. There isn't a formula. If the girl is shy, then be sensitive to that. start out slow; ask if you can e-mail her first. They ask if she wants to eat lunch at school. Then go to a movie or an ice cream, and just learn to see if you even like her.
4. Don't just go by looks. Dont' go for the sweetest looking girl. Look at her beauty inside and out. No one wants a pretty girl who's a *****.
good luck.

Dear Git-Shredda,
Good for you that you took charge of your life and made some changes!! Now, don't stop there, keep on moving. Here's how:
1. Start up a conversation with your first choice of interested ladies. (HINT: always treat your interests as ladies...not like trash. Even when you decide to break up, do it quickly and kindly. You will keep their respect...reputations, you know.....).
2. Anyway, after beginning your dialog, simply smile and tell her, "You know, you are a very interesting person. I would love to talk to you some more, but not when we are so rushed between classes. Could I call you sometime? What's your phone number?"
3. MAKE THE CALL. After that, things will move to their natural course. You should be fine. Let us know how things go. :)

In high school, I was a bit in your position... I was young, naive, and not as good looking as I am today. But I matured a bit, became more laid back and confident as you appear to be and now Im a very successful, intelligent, college fraternity student...
My suggestion would be to go up to one of these girls and tell her the honest truth. Tell her you are interested in getting to know her and that you would like to take her out somewhere or just hang out. Be calm, cool, and collected and be yourself
If she says no, don't take it personally... Just move on to the next chick

go up and talk with the girl, start easy by talking about school, some of your classes, ones you like and ones you don't, or talk about your teachers. try walking her home from school, or taking the bus home with her, or offering to drive her home, if that's the case. Its really easy for a girl to talk, so just ask her questions and get to know her better. Just be yourself, and don't put that much pressure on you NEEDING to hook up with a girl. These things tend to happen when you least expect it. Good luck hun!

You should have a bag of tricks for coming into a girls house. Like asking for a CD or a DVD. Maybe say you dont feel so well and want to borrow a tylenol that usually gets you in. If they do invite you in then you are all set.
