that is normal but dont worry it is saposed to come out. only a little bit will stay there, but dont panic the little bit that stays is plenty to get someone pregnant, be patient thats all u can do it takes time to fall pregnant, sometimes it may seem like forever and then when u forget about it, it will happen. take a holiday and just both relax and i bet ya it will happen.

Some is always likely to come out afterwards, but your wife should continue to lay with her hips elevated for about 20 minutes afterwards to make sure your little swimmers are getting as much help getting up there as they can.

Completely normal, all of your semen won't be coming out anyway and remember it only takes one to fertilise the egg.
