Like all religion it is total BS. Word of Faith is especially nonsensical because a person would have to believe that their words spoken "in the name of Jesus" could have some impact on anything.
I did an extensive year long study on the Word of Faith Movement when I was studying to become a deacon and it is by far the silliest most illogical nonsense that xianity has to offer. Hank Hanegraff for example has written many interesting articles on Word of Faith and exposes it as a heresy. It does not make sense in reality and it does not make sense from a biblical worldview.
