There are many reasons people ask questions. Asking questions does not always indicate the person is looking for an answer. In a forum, such as this, often it is to provoke thought, conversation, share ideas, educate, and so on. So many people think just because someone posts a question, that they do not know an answer. That is often not the case. Yahoo Answers is designed to share knowledge, ideas, provoke thought and conversation.
