When will humanity turn away from the destruction wrought by organized religion?

How long do you think it will take for humanity to see that organized religion has only suceeded in giving people reasons to hate each other , judge one another, kill each other, cause wars and basicly drive a wedge into our further progress all in the name of thier god?

when folk get their brains in gear & realise it's just a big con to further their religions leaders
