So, I have this 14 yr old guy friend (I'm a 13 yr old girl) and we are really good friends, we like almost all the same stuff and look similar and he plays the piano and I play the cello and we play duets together. But anyway he is coming over to my house on Sunday. But the thing is I really like him, and I think he likes me, but he hates talking about that subject and always avoids it. Should I tell him and risk ruining our friendship, or should I just leave it? Or should I just hint, and how should I hint? Help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you've been friends for a long time, and you like being friends, just leave it that way if you think he may stop talking to you. He's pretty young and may not be ready to talk about that kind of stuff. Remember, girls mature faster. If your willing to take some risks, then just let him know how you feel. People come and go, and if he stops being your friend, he probably isn't worth your time.
