That's the problem with cooked foods. I am pretty sure that the temperature kills enzymes in food at around 112 degrees, which isn't very hot. That's why raw foods are so nutritious and cooked foods are pretty worthless. Also, cooked foods act like a wet, sloppy, rag mop when cleaning out your system, whereas fresh raw foods act like a broom. Yes you are getting some nutrients in cooked bananas, but keep in mind that most cooked foods have been denatured.
