SO I HAVE BEEN SEEING THIS GUY FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS, AND I JUST WENT TO HIS MY SPACE PAGE AND FOUND OUT HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND. WHY DO GUYS DO THIS? I JUST DONT GET IT.

There are several answers at play here. First off, don't have a boyfriend who cheats on you. Tell him you don't want that, and if he's going to do it - walk away now. There are girls who cheat too, it's a 2-way street. Some cultures/religions have multiple partners, it's their way of life. Most likely the cheaters need to grow up. Another consideration may be that there is something missing in the relationship. If a guy is not getting sex from his girlfriend/wife, he'll most likely go somewhere else if he has the chance of getting it. Just being honest. Before I get a deluge of people angry, you need to remember there are many different types of sex besides intercourse.

I don't know about other guys but I felt justified in cheating on the ex-girlfriend I had who attempted to force me to sleep with her in the same bed 5 times in my home, 2 times in her place, then when that didn't work she literally dragged me to another city in our state trying to force me to sleep with her in a hotel room I of course ditched her saying i "need some night air". I just walked 45-60 miles on the back roads 2 cities over back to my home. I found out the what takes 1 hour of travel time by car takes 8-10 hours of travel on foot. She proceeded to stalk me for a while until the police in our mutual home town had dealt with her so much that told her that 1 more incident would trigger the state anti-stalker law statute's. I haven't heard from her since then thankfully. I have to say that it might have worked out had she not tried to push so hard. We had only been dating for 3 months when she started the sleep over attempts. I hold myself to a higher standard. I will not allow a girl to sleep in my bed with me also in it if she is not married to me. I am 21 and single if any sane girls are interested.

We cheat because we are dogs, and we are with a person that don't truly love or respect. A decent guy does have temtations, but a mature and dignified man will treat you well, and not have to go outside to find sex with someone. Also, if you keep your guy interested in the bedroom at least once in a while, he may not even have wondering eyes.

i think that the first answer sums up a lot. but anyway, guys do as a result of a few things that may be wrong, sex life, the way that they are treated, or just because you don't give him enough attention. sit back and look at your relationship with him and see where you have gone wrong and this may answer your question better than anyone on here can

sorry im not a guy but ive had this done to me.. it not only hurts but it makes no sence. If you dont want to be with someone why not just tell them instead of hurting them and haveing to sneak around and lie... i think they like the thrill and the thought that they can have more then one girl at a time. its discustion IM SORRY

it is because most guys are idiotic pigs who can't realize that they have found that special someone and that they won't be able to find someone like that person ever again and some men are just too stupid to realize that.

because we are bad with sex so we move on and get more practice then we get married and they are like you are so good to me and you about all those times I cheated and it all works out in the end
