i do know what u mean u need to escape into ur hobby or find one ur intellectualality needs to be embraced ur tired of the same mundane type of livin and u need a change take up a hobby or start going out more somthin exciting so u can break the cycle of boredum go on vacation that always helps

Go outside and take a walk and get some fresh air being inside to much does that to me also.

get up and get out of the house...call a random person to meet for a drink or coffee, or take a walk.
