I have 2 but nobody knows what they r and u dont see them alot but their so cute

over here you see them quite a bit, they're gorgeous dogs. :-) "papillon" is french, btw, not spanish. ;-) the spanish for butterfly is "papalota".

A feist is a type of small dog developed in the rural southern United States for hunting squirrels and other small game. Most feists are bred only for their hunting ability and with no intention of turning them into show dog breeds, so there is little or no consistency among these dogs. Only the Treeing Feist has been recognized as an identifiable breed, by the United Kennel Club, in 1998.

Papillions are great dogs. There is a male at my obedience club that will probably end up being a high scorer in obedience if his mama gets there! LOL

yeah... they're so cute papillon means "butterfly" in spanish... see the resemblance... they're called that because their ears stick out and have fluff on them that makes it look like the outspread wings of a butterfly... they're kind of rare though... i'm not sure why though... if i were someone who wanted a dog, this is the kind of dog i'd get..

yes i had one of them they have cute butterfly ears. I'm heart broken because I just sold it today for $50 dollars
