I like those Potato Skin chips they sell by TGI Fridays. They used to have em 20 yrs ago when I was little by another chip maker and then they stopped so I am really happy they are back. As far as real potato skins...I just cant seem to chew that stuff without gagging.

ya i like potato skins because they preserve the taste of a real good potato.......and most importantly the potato skin has some undigestible matters that acts like roughage in our digestive tract and helps us to clear out the waste from the Gastrointestinal tract.......so i prefer cookin potato with its skin.

Not seperately, but sometimes I like potatoes with the skin still on depending on how it's cooked etc.
