That's a hard question. I couldn't find anything, BUT I found several restaurants or caterers who serve it. Maybe you can find out from them who their supplier are.

If you go to a good sized grocery store, they'll carry Emeril's line of food items. He's got an andouille sausage (in with the hot dogs) that's really good.

If you can't find Andouille sausage, try smoked Polish sausage. It's a good substitute.
