Sue for sure. The idiot that said you will lose knows nothing. You might lose if it goes to trial, but you can get a settlement for sure.

I think the real question is should you be allowed to have children? People whine and cry about their kids being obese or unhealthy and then they go through the drive thru and pump them with fat and sodium and plain old crud. Then when something stupid happens from the stupid choice..Let's sue and get rich. Before you make any actions think about every person that comes in and out of your life on a daily basis and think about how they could sue you for stupid stuff. Don't throw birthday parties for your kids because a parent might sue...It is people like you that are ruining our country and making people afraid to live life. As a nation we have stopped time honored traditions because of the fear that someone will get upset and sue. This is bs. You did not get hurt, you have no injuries...so shut up. You are a greedy peice of #$%@ who only saw dollar signs.

In todays society, you can sue for just about anything. But in your case you can sue, and you might win. When you purchase chicken nuggets from McDonalds, you do not expect bones to appear in the nugget. Did biting down on the bone cause any damage? If you do decide to sue, and you get a jugde who is in a good mood, you may win because the bone in the nugget was totally unexpected.

No you shouldn't sue! You wouldn't. Besides, take responsibility for your own actions! You know that crap is no good! No need to be such a poor minded person. Get a life!

Try complaining first and if they don't do anything that satisfies you then sue their pants off. Who knows you might wind up sitting in the owners chair of Mcdonald's

there is such a thing as reasonable expectations. chicken has bones, so it is reasonable that even with the best processing available that SOME bones will get through.

you should take the bone and bring it to the person in the counter and ask for the manager and tell him what happened.if it had hurt you and you really feel mad then you should sue.dont be afraid to stand up.

The first time you bit down on it was mcdonalds fault. the second time is on you.

It wasn't one of your kids that it happened to, it was you.

What are your damages?
