Yes, all of the above are correct. There are actually lemon laws to prevent companies from selling "lemons" or vehicles that have lots of different problems or the same problem that cannot be fixed.

"A lemon" is a car that is constantly breaking down. It was flawed from the beginning and leaves its owner with a sour taste. "A peach" would be a great car that was a great bargain--a "sweet deal."
