try being honest with yourself first.. and then tell the guys the truth... and just remember that however you treat yourself is the instruction manual you give to others for how they should treat you. Respect how you feel!

be honest with him. Tell him that you like him, but you've realized when you hugged him that it was more of like a friend or family member, you don't feel that type of affection towards him. If you don't say anything, things will just get worse cause his feelings for you will grow, and that will not only be hard for him to take but harder for you to break it off the longer you put it off. If he's been your friend for ages, clearly he's a good guy, you just aren't' attracted to him physically. Be open and honest with him, cause he'll appreciate it and you'll feel alot better too It might be awkward at first, after you tell him, but after a little while things between the two of you will get alot easier.

Make sure you don't hook up w/ him...I would have a talk too. Let him know that you want to just be friends. If that's not what he wants, you may lose him as a friend, but are saving a lot of time and hard feelings

Well it seems like the phisical atraction is not even there. Do u know what i mean. I think its best if u tell him how u feel. If this goes on and u don't get to feel anything for him, then u need to let him know. Its only fare... Don't put him through this... he thinks u like him like a bf when u know its not true.
