For some reason my dog likes my mom better.Shed rather be with my mom than me.when i take her away from my mom she flips out.i am supposed to be her mommy but she doesnt like me

Don't be upset, I am sure the dog loves you but it knows who the dominant one in the house is.
For example; MOM feeds both you and the dog right?
Mom speaks and everyone listens Right?
Mom goes and everyone awaits her return right?
Your mother is the Alfa female;
You are the sibling
The dog is a Sibling
Therefore Mom gets most respect and you get treated like an equal.

As Troyeagle said, your dog thinks your mom is the "pack leader". The leader generally gets attention from all the pack members. Does your mom feed the dog? In the wild, the pack leader decides who gets to eat and when. YOU need to be the one to take care of ALL your dogs needs.

A dog is a pack related animal they go to the biggest person in the house as the leader. so the dog thinks your mom is the pack leader. in order for u to have some attention. be in control. show the dog who is the boss. and tell her/him u are. and so then all famly will have attention from the dog!

same case her only thats it is the other way around, my mom has a chihuahua and she only likes to be with me when we are on the sofa she sleeps in my lap, when I go to sleep she scratches and cries at my door, and my mom is getting jealous
