Yes, but it can be difficult. Someone can develop feelings for the other person and then that's when it gets complicated. If you and the other person can truly handle it, then go for it. But think about the consequences first before jumping into it.

I guess so, but I have to wonder about what that means when you actually want to get into a real relationship with someone...are you still going the have "benefits"? Are you going to introduce your BF/GF to that person as your friend with "benefits"? And who "benefits" from this in the long run? I think you could really be setting yourself up for lots of problems in the long run. But then, I am a bit old fashioned I guess.

Yes there is such a thing as best friends with benefits....
A guy and girl are friends and they sleep together.
It's what a lot of relationships are made of.

That all depends on what you define as benefits. If you mean getting things that bring mutual gains to both involved, that's fine. But if you mean just being selfish, that's not a friendship at all.

That whole idea is total crazy because it implies that you can have sex with mltp. partners, with no emotional attachments or jealousy. First of all I have to say it’s just the way around committing to a relationship there by making more drama in your life. Might work for some people just not my thing.

oh most definately i mean a lot of people do that kind of thing when they arent looking for a relationship with someone i mean sometimes it is easier but if you do not lay down the rules from the get go then it can become complicated i mean it is out there all right and there are a lot of people doing it

yeah, but it may become problematic if one of these "friends" wants more out of the relationship. If you're planning on doing this be aware that you may lose the friendship if the "benefits" complicate things beyond repair

no because sooner or later one will end up having feelings for that one freind with benefits and then within a couple days they wont be friends but lovers. i know this because i have been there a couple of times. we start with just friends, then friends with benefits, and then lovers so it never ends up happening
