I need to know how much is the percent withheld by the employer (minimun and maximum) in the state of Texas. For example a person makes $10.00 an hour, is married and have 1 baby (dependent) how much would it be the weekly payment from the employer, if the person asked that they withheld the maximum amount. Thank You.

The link below includes the IRS withholding tables. The 'maximum' withholding usually means claiming '0' exemptions. There is actually no maximum. You can request for your entire check to be sent to the IRS.

There isnt a state tax in Texas. If your are talking Federal taxes then depends on how many hours a week you work.
