Lumps attached 2 the Gall bladder wall.
They look a bit like Hemorrhoids but R not caused in the same way.

Must be polyps, growth, on the gall bladder. Sounds like thats what it could be.

A polyp is a benign tumor (growth) that is pre-cancer. Please have it remove at once as if it turns into carcinoma of the gallbladder, it would be a very poor prognosis. Best wishes!
