boil some thyme (herb, you can find it anywhere) in water, make sure you get as much essence out as you can. then stick it in the fridge, and drink it cold.

It probably depends on what's causing it in the first place. If you are just hungry then eat something stodgy. But if it's something you have regularly (and you're not preggers) then it might be something that you should see your Dr about.

I've found that drinking Ginger Ale and eating crackers works. Hope you feel better.

A lot of hot, strong peppermint tea. Or peppermint capsules. Both can be found in health-food stores.
