Imagine you are in a room with 3 switches. In an adjacent room there are 3 bulbs (all are off at the moment), each switch belongs to one bulb. It is impossible to see from one room to another. How can you find out which switch belongs to which bulb, if you may enter the room with the bulbs only once?

flip two switches on for a few moments, then turn one off. go into the room if one light is on, that belongs to the switch still turned on. if all lights are out, feel the bulbs to see if the one you turned on then off is still warm, if none are warm, it was the switch that you didnt use.

Turn on the first light and leave it on for a while. Turn off the first. then turn on the second light and then walk in. If the second light is on that is the one that works. IF that one ins't on then feel the 1st light bulb if it is warm then it was that one. If it wasn't warm it is the third one.RIGHT?
