I've never kissed guys before, as i've never been on any dates or anything, although i may have one coming up very shortly. I have kissed family and friends on the cheek but that's all!! I bet this sounds really pathetic, but i just want to know if the times right, does kissing a guy come naturally?? i don't wanna have to admit that i haven't been with any other guys before!

I think every girl worries about this, but to be honest, it all comes naturally. If you really like this guy, why not just say that you are nervous etc? If he finds it odd and reacts in a nasty way, you know that he's not worth it and you'll be glad you haven't wasted your first kiss on an idiot. Also, if the first kiss isn't that good, don't worry cause it gets better and better, practice makes perfect x

There are definitely times when it feels right to kiss a guy. But don't be afraid to let him take the lead on that if you're still uncertain. Eventually *one* of you will get anxious enough that you'll initiate the kiss rather than sit there and fret about whether or not you should! ;)

And a couple of tips on kissing, since it sounds like you might need them:

1) Don't create too much of a vacuum with your mouth. Practice by blowing kisses - the louder and "smoochier" they sound, the more suction you're creating. Keep them on the quiet side and you'll get into the proper habit.

2) If you decide to get your tongue into it, keep it on the soft side. Much more pleasant that way. (And if you're not ready for that, then don't be afraid to break the kiss and tell him to back off if he tries it!)

You didn't tell me how old you are.

No matter how old or young you are, there is no rule that says you have to kiss him or not.

I'd suggest on the first date you don't kiss him.

That goes double if you are still in high school.

That goes triple if you are still in middle school. If you were my daughter you would not date in middle school.

If you really like him shake his hand good nite and tell him while shaking his hand that you had fun and would love to do it again sometime.

If that boy behaves like an animal, slap him silly and wait for a boy who is not rude.

There are boys who want sex on the first date and I hope this guy isn't like that. If he is SLAP and SCREAM if you have to.

No one has the right to touch you if you don't want to be touched.

Make sure he meets your Daddy before you leave the house and remember my son's friend, who misbehaved with his young girl friend. We are waiting to see how many years he will get.

The max sentence could be 160 years for my son's friend who misbehaved with a girl under sixteen years of age.

Well, on first dates, there my be a kiss on the cheek, so you've gotten that covered! But kissing is definitely something you have to learn to do. There are certain things that are gross and you don't while kissing, but the more you do it, it'll become second nature. And be honest with the guy!

if you try to come across as an experienced woman of the world , then you will be used like one , no shame in admitting your new to kissing and dating, learning is all the fun. Just do not let anything get out of hand or you will experience what its like to be a single parent

Let it happen naturally. It will happen at the right time. If you are in doubt, let him take the lead.

However, always make it clear if you don't feel like kissing. Also, if the guy is doing something else that upsets you, be firm to say no.

Otherwise, good luck.

I remember being scared to death before I had my first kiss. But it does come sort of naturally, just dont pucker up. Be relaxed if you are with a boy who has kissed before sort of follow his lead. It is okay to admit that you haven't kissed before. Guys like being the first, that way you can't tell them they are bad at it....

It depends on how old you are.

My first kiss happened when I was 14. I'll never forget it. It haunts me to this day. Whenever I have shepherd's pie I am reminded of it because her breath was pretty gross and tasted like a stale version of it. I'm pulling a face now as I type. It wasn't a pleasant experience for me.

Yes, it will come naturally. Just do what feels right. More then likely you will have this overwhelming urge to stick your tounge out and lick all over his lips before you even actually touch lips. But thats cool, becuase thats what you want to do. As long as you go with what feels right, you cant be wrong!
