I wanting to buy a phone but i don't have a debit or credit card

the easiest way is, get yourself a throw a way credit card...you get them at Walgreen ad other drugstores...use them on line, no one knows you don't have a real credit card but you....also they are saver then giving out your bank account numbers...

Paypal is the most obvious (and probably most widely accepted) choice: you'll need a checking account and it takes a little longer. I don't know if they still do or not, but Paypal used to issue a debit cards with their accounts: you had to transfer money from your checking/savings into Paypal account before it was available to the card -- usually took no more than a week.

Another option, though I'm hesitant to recommend it, is an online check: you enter your routing and account numbers (located on your checks), and the other guy is able to pull the money, just like a check.

sometimes the website will allow you to pay by paypal
but u need a checking account
try www.ebay.com
you can pay by cash, money order, check, and pay pal
but most websites want u to pay by a debit or credit card

paypal - can use a bank account instead of a credit card .. or just go to a grocery store and buy a pre-paid visa/mastercard. they come in increaments of $25, $50, $100 ...

you could sometimes buy stuff with checks but very rarely.
