What an exciting game!! Celtic did a superb job, they need more chances to play at such a dizzying pace, the SPL just doesn't supply that. I'm disappointed that all the hard work the Bhoys put into Man U resulted in no points in the group but there's a lot more games to play and Celtic will make up the difference. Naka's free-kick was awesome and it's the stuff that dreams are made from!! Boruc was hands down my MOTM. In the end Celtic didn't lay down to Man U and made me proud to be a Tim :))))) It's going to be a looooong 2 weeks before the Copenhagen game.

Celtic got lucky last night the difference in class between the two teams became more obvious the longer the game went on. This didn't stop Celtic making a good show of themselves. Shunsuke Nakamura I thought looked an excellent player. Can't wait for the return leg - nothing like an English side V Scottish Side.

I'm a Man Utd fan and that was never a penalty, the ref had a shocker.
however, rooney was brought down in the box and Saha was brutally obstructed on the edge, so i guess the penalty kinda balanced out.
Utd were the better team but Celtic were far better than i expected; the Keeper was superb, but for a keeper to be superb and still conceed 3 goals, shows how good Utd were

by the way JOCK F you're a prat and an embarassment to your nation. I and most other Englishmen support all the British sides when they play, whether it be the scots, welsh or irish. Grow up you idiot

Very good result for my bhoys even though it resulted like that.

Coulda been 7-2 if it wasn't for Boruc, he was ready for that game and certainly had to make more than a few saves to keep them in the game.

Gravesen had a little trouble directing the ball but he got it back easily so hands down to him.

Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut... my man of the match was Jan The Man of Hesselink.

He had a number of chances, stood alone at the front and still troubled the ManYoo defence.

Giggs foul was a little weak and I say it wasn't a penalty and it so happens that Lubos Michel was the referee? coincidence? if any celtic fan can remember him against Porto, im sure you'll know what i mean.

Can't wait for the return at CP.

HAIL HAIL.

celtic played really well especially hessilink the only downside was gravesen and lennon but think they just need more games together but they both showed how good they are gravesen going forward and lennon defencsive this is going to be a brilliant partnership and teams will find it hard to play agianst them i think man u will still win at celtic park but it will be very close if they play like last nite celtic will win at parkhead

I agree we wear a good side last night, but souled have been beater. Miller should have started and Gravison was not being properly backed up by Jurasec. I'm definenty looking forward to the rest of the games in the group. COME ON THE HOOPS!!

nicely acceptable sport ever might want to be a stretch yet you need to placed this sport into the verbal substitute. provide the bulls quite some credit for popping out and easily combating for his or her lives. They confirmed quite some composure. in words of this sport. i have under no circumstances considered 2 communities desirous to a win a sport extra. no individual stepped faraway from the spotlight and everyone made vast images. it really is definetly the whole sport of this sequence and may want to be between the whole all time.

Every time Scottish football is mentioned here, a gaggle of Nigels come out from under their stones and call it a joke.
They know nothing about football.
For they are the Nigels.
Bloody little englanders.
And the rest of the world rejoices when your national team fails.
You never learn.
And that is why we enjoy seeing you snivveling into your warm beer.
Up yours Nigel.
Now sod off the lot of you.

rejoinder:
I come here to get the Nigels.
Not all the English, just the bloody little englanders.
Look at some of the stuff that preceeded my response.
No, I'm not an embarrassment - I contribute to the culture of my country and enough people know who I am.
The pricks I'm attacking are just that.
By the way - the political process is in motion.
Cheerio Nigel.
