I've gotten several and it took between 3-6 weeks all by sea. It depends on if it is being shipped by air or sea. Air is obviously quicker by far more expensive. Most packages are shipped by sea.

I've been fortunate enough to get 2 Ebay items in less than 2 weeks both times from Hong Kong.
