I don't know why it was painful for me for so long after my first c-section to have sex, I felt a burning sensation. I don't want to have to wait that long this time, how long did you have to wait?

doctor's say 8 weeks but know alot of woman who did it before 4 weeks .
if You didn't dilate over 4 cms. You can do it after 3 or 4 weeks .
the doctor recomends 8 weeks because a woman is still dilated a few cms. after weeks of giving birth and you could catch an infection.
if you want to do it before the 8 week just take nice and easy just remember it's gonna be dry down there xpecially if you r breastfeeding so lubricate well unless u still bleeding .

with any birth, c-section or natrual, they say 6-8 weeks.
but trust your body, if it hurts then wait a little longer.
