The Bible does not say we shouldn't judge entirely. It gives us the commandments (or laws of the Lord) and the punishment on earth for those who do not obey the law. Someone has to judge in order to carry out the punishment (such as death for killing another). In John 5:22-30, Jesus talks about His responsibility as the judge of all mankind. He will decide who receives eternal life in the Lord's heavenly kingdom. In John 7:24, Jesus said, Stop judging by the way things look, but judge by what is really right." His line, "Anyone here who has never sinned can cast the first stone." is a bold statement about judging others.

There is a verse in Hebrew, it's not from the bible but from the Big Rabbis a long time ago that says "Al tadun at javerja ad shetagia limkomo" free translation: never judge you friend until you get to his place- until you are in the same situation as him.
(Pirkei Avot)

Someone else posted the verse, I just want to add to it.

Trying to warn someone of the consequences of their actions is not judging someone.
It's a act of love for them, but when they refuse the council and head ups, one act of defiance they use is to accuse the concerned one of judging.

St Matthew: Chapter 7:

Judge not, that you may not be judged. For with what judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you again. And why seest though the mote in thy brother's eye; and seest not the beam that is in thy own eye? Or how sayst thou to thy brother: let me cast the mote out of thy eye, and behold a beam is in thy own eye? Though Hypocrite , cast first the beam out of thy own eyeand then shalt though see to cast out the mout in thy brothers eye

Be careful... it goes both ways:

1Corinthians 5:12 Is it my business to judge those outside the church? Aren’t you supposed to judge those inside the church?

only God is supposed to judge but since men use GOD in times new roman font to justify their killing they kill in the name of God like He is the law.

Means anyone that says God is the LORD is lying.

means god is the code (ie criminals code)

cause if God is LORD GOD that makes HIM human. like God is 1 and true and pure. All which symbolically describe Me.

So thats why assholes say their is no living God. Cause they saw my picture and realized for the first time in their life" I am not better looking than LORD GOD TODD. So english encouraged the indians to rebel through St. Lawrence of arabia just like they encourage OSAMA to hit NYC like english shelling the NATIVES (ie NYC gang) in Gangs of New York.

America when will you wake up and realize what KING who equals 119147 did to your great country?
