If you barely crushed her, she's probably ok. Cats get upset and will hide for a while until they feel like coming back out. I can't tell you how many times one of my cats has run under somebody's foot and got stepped on and they have all lived. If she get lethargic and just lays there, then you might take her to the vet. In the meantime, give her some space to get over her fright.

C'mon! What do you think is going to happen when a 150 pound body lands on a 10 pound frame?!?!
Take her to the nearest animal hospital with overnight staffing for xrays and observations. If she has a concussion and goes into seizures as her brain swells from the damage, you want her to be where she will get immediate care.
Restrict your cat to the bedroom or bathroom when you're doing anything dangerous!

First of all, you just need to drag her out and see if she's breathing ok, if her eyes are ok, if she's bleeding anywhere.
If there are problems, take her to the vet, it' there are no problems, STOP EXCERCISING!! It's endangering yours and your cat's health, you could've broken something on you, ya know?

go ahead and take her to the vet, it's probably your best bet just in case you did hurt her.

try coaxing her out and see if she acts like herself and lets you pet her as she normally would... call your vet just in case to see if he/she thinks you should bring her by and get her checked out :)
