Preferably one I could buy over the internet. I want one that best for toning. I don't need to loose weight.

Hi Terra!

Pilates tapes don't really come in the lose weight or tone up variety. Rather they are broken down into beginner and advanced.

Since it seems like you might be a beginner at Pilates, I would recommend that you go with Denise Austin. She does a great job and is very positive. Most people are happy with her style. Additionally, she keeps the exercises simple. Lastly, her tapes are priced reasonably.

Windsor pilates it worked perfectly for my mom ! some times it comes on t.v. and shows you how to work but yeah it's good!Daisy Fuentes "the super model" uses it

windsor is good but way to expensive... you can get the same thing from denise austin for half the price... try ebay
