You could never get enough votes to outlaw motorcycles. Its hard enough to get people to wear helmets. Seatbelts save lives and greatly reduce insurance costs for everyone. Clearly seatbelt laws are a huge benefit. If you are trying to outlaw motorcycles, good luck, but it is a waste of time because it will never happen. Obviously riding motorcycles is more dangerous than not wearing a seatbelt but jumping off a mountain is dangerous too but we don't make that illegal. I think there simply are not enough motorcycle riders to worry about. Most people simply don't care that much if a few motorcycle riders kill themselves.

In many cases a motorcyclist can avoid serious injury or death by dumping the motorcycle and jumping out of the way of the accident. No so with a car.

I wouldn't want to be strapped to a motorcycle, hell no. Those are two different worlds. I would like to know why the hell motorcycles can be so loud and never get stopped but a car rattles a little and you get a warning.

Being strapped to a bike would probably increase the death rate 90%+...So yes, lots of logic as to why.
Better question is why school kids dont wear seatbelts on school buses.

No, i do not trust adults might want to be made to do something they don't prefer to do, assuming that their movements do not produce a sufferer. human beings will argue that those rules are for the more effective sturdy and, that the ends justify the capacity, yet the position is authorities intrusion contained in the lives of persons to be halted?
