Spend some quality time with him and get close. Maybe brush up against him a few times. After that, touch him and hold the touch. If he pulls away, he is not interested, but if he does not pull away, you have a live one! From there, it is his job to ask unless you feel bold enough and he doesn't pull away. If you are bold enough at that point, ask him if he does not ask you!
