Eat a healthy diet, get enough rest, don't do drugs, and talk to your doctor. Sometimes memory loss is a symptom of illness.

Why do you suffer from memory-loss? Have you had a stroke or a head injury? Are you drinking or using drugs? If the latter is the case, I'd strongly suggest you stop abusing alcohol or drugs.
You cannot enhance your memory per se. But you can train your self to be better at giving yourself optimum conditions for storing and retrieving knowledge.
Any data, that's going to be remembered, has to be stored in your long-term memory (LTM). The way to store the data is to transfer it from your short-term memory (STM) to the LTM. Data in the LTM has to move through the STM again to be consciously remembered. Most people, that have memory-difficulties, either have a diminished STM-capacity or a damaged connection between the STM and the LTM. In either case, data isn't transferred to the LTM and therefore is forgotten, since the STM only holds data for up to 20 minutes.
The trick therefore is to help your brain, where it has difficulties.
* Write everything down in a calendar, you always keep on your person. This way you can be sure, all appointments, grocery-lists, phone numbers etc. are in your calendar and you don't have to wonder if you've forgotten something.
* Try to keep the surrounding noise to a minimum. Turn off TV and radio; close the window if there's noise from outside etc. This way you won't have to use precious attention-capacity on filtering out unimportant sounds.
* Tell people, you have memory-difficulties. This way you won’t have to be embarrassed if you forget the name of the person, you are talking to or the subject of your conversation.
* Be tidy. Have a specific place for everything, this way you won't lose them.
* Ask for help from friends or family, they can help you get organized, so your daily life becomes less challenging. Ask your doctor for relevant training in your city.
These are only very general pointers. In order to get specific advice on how to cope with your memory-difficulties, you should ask your doctor for referral to a psychologist specializing in neuropsychology.

Some people use Lecithin or Ginko Balboa. Go to a vitamin store and ask. I might have misspelled these but they do work
