My son is on both as he is an epilepsy sufferer

Anti- depressants and anti- seizure medications are prescribed together all the time. Just be careful that one Dr prescribes both or that all Dr's know exactly what you take and dose of the medication to make sure that you are not taking to much or that those two medications don't have any interactions.

I do, and there hasn't been a problem. Depakote is prescribed for both problems, that's why I take it, but I take Zoloft too. Ask your doctor.

Yep. I take them together... for Bipolar Disorder.
