If you do it palms facing towards you narrow grip then it emphasises the biceps and the brachaelis (forearms) but also does the lattimus dorsi (back) and even the abdominals

If you do it wide grip palms down then its much more back and less biceps but also trapessius (shouder and neck) but still lots of foream
