Can't you just tell they are really hot about the rapture, not because they get to go to heaven, but because all the sinners will be punished by God when he sends his human faced locusts after us or turns explodes our intestines with a word during Armageddon?

The locust thing is from the popoular "Left Behind" book series.
The fatass Hagin also preaches this from his pulpit.

Agreed. Ever drop by a forum called Rapture Ready? The easgerness with which these people hope for mass death and destruction, suffering and enocide is enormously disturbing. How pathetic must their lives be to wish not only death, but eternal suffering on billions of other human beings just so they cen be relieved of their responsabilities and go to heaven?

Christians do not want the end of the world to come to punish sinners. That is not very christiany.
I don't know where you get the locust people thing. I would think it would be CRAB PEOPLE.

God doesnt punish, we punish ourselves now is the time to decide for yourself, heaven or hell. I dont want anyone to go to hell I wish we can all go to heaven. But I cant decide for anyone except me I trust my decision and I am ready!!!

That is much more popular with the Protestants.
You don't hear much about it at a Catholic Church, we have a different perspective.
