Definitely wear make-up, but keep everything light (no red-colored lipstick or nails; no heavy eyeliner; no heavy perfumes, either!) As far as hair... studies show that male interviewers generally prefer female candidates to wear their hair down, while female interviewers tend to prefer it up. If you don't know who's interviewing you -- or if several people are -- then pull it back to be safe. You don't want hair falling in your face, and you don't want to fidget with it during the interview.
Bottom line: you want them to notice who you are ... not what you look like!

Very light makeup, nothing heavy. Also don't go heavy on the perfume either. The hair, since its soooo long, i would wear it pulled back either a bun or a sleek ponytail might look nice. I think twisting it into a clip is alittle messy.

Good Luck :)

Put your hair in a neat ponytail (off the face), wear light, conservative makeup, ie neutral, natural colors if any, wear a blazer with that outfit-(more professional), and light fresh perfume. Very natural and conservative is key. Oh, and wear and big smile. Good luck.

once you've cornrows, this implies you've lengthy hair. If a occupation is major adequate to you at present, you want to be sure in case you need to decrease your hair to a short haircut. it would want to be extra specialist. in case you pick now to not decrease it, make positive you bypass in very specialist outfits:blouse, tie, darkish slacks, no piercings of any form, and sparkling cornrows. this can offset the casual hairdo, and draw a lot less interest to it. make positive also to very personable on any interview;it makes it effectual!

Long hair pulled back in a neat, simple style. No "big hair" or elaborate styles.
Make sure your hair is neat and off of your face.
Tone down the use of makeup, hair spray, perfume and jewelry.

I don't know about hair. But a natural look is always nice. I don't know what would look best on you. Try going to Almay.com. they might have tips for your skin and face shape type.

I would go with a sophisticated updo with neutral tones on your face and just lipgloss on your lips.
