Hey,
Congratulations. Realising that you're in love is a tormenting but beautiful feeling. Here's what you can do...
1. Find some common friends to go out with you guys, and arrange it such that they leave you guys alone for a while, so that you can talk.
2. Offer to take up a study assigment or some work with her. Focussing on something else will give you a reason for conversation and take away the shy feeling temporarily.

If you two already know that you both like each other, or even if you are the only one that knows that the other one likes you too, then there really isn't any need to be shy. Just be nice to her, get more comfortable around her, and soon you will be over your shyness... There is nothing to be worried about... Just do it naturally...

You have to "make " yourself do it. Feel the fear and do it anyway.
Are you afraid sghe will say no? think about how yopu would feel if she said no, then see that you would survive nad maybe feel bad for a little while, but its not that you are not good enough or cute enough, its not about you , but about how the other person feels about it. just know that you have a lot to offer and that you want to have a good time getting to know someone else, as a friend, and see what develops.

Don't do anything. Let someone that isn't afraid of possibly being told no, to ask her out first, whom she might just start dating exclusively. Then you won't have to worry about it anymore. Does that sound like the solution you wish for? Then do something about it yourself first!

First off, if you are the guy, you should always ask the girl to date you. If you like her and you know that she likes you, just go for it. Don't let her ask you. People will make fun of you. Just go for it, guy.

just forget about it. if your too shy to ask her out and so is she then thats not a good combo. someone has got to be the go getter. if shes to shy to ask you out then she might be too shy to to give you an answer.

wait until you are having a really good day and in a great mood, sum up all your courage and ask her to hang out with you. confidence is one of the most attractive traits, so if she likes you already, you'll have nothing to worry about. go for it! don't be scared! you like her right? tell her you want to hang out! it'll be fun. good luck :)

If you know she likes you, there is NO reason to be afraid...
Just walk up to her, smile, and introduce yourself and ask her out to a movie or out to lunch. Perhaps even to hang out a bit?
