Yahoo! in "pomeranian breed club" and look for reputable breeders on their site. Or go to akc.org. you could also look for pomeranian rescues and save a life.Whatever you do dont go to a petstoreor bacyard breeder, make sure the parents are show quality dogs.

Go to the national breed club website for Pomeranians. They should have links to breeders there. A member of the breed club is generally a good breeder, they have certain ethics they have to adhere to.

Go to Puppy find.com and then select the breed. Sometimes they have local areas or breeders who will ship. Good luck
