Call your vet. Once she is out of heat, have her spayed ASAP and keep her away from any other cats or the outdoors until she is fixed.

Some cats will stay in heat for about two weeks, then recur every 2 - 3 weeks, others will stay in heat for a couple of months and will not go out of heat until bred.
The only way to stop this is to get the cat spayed. You should do this as soon as possible, before she tears up your house or gets out where she will, no doubt, find a partner.

cats stay on heat for between 5-10 days. im not too sure as its been over a year since i worked in a vets but im sure there are tablets or even an injection. but the best result is to get her spay. Contact the local Cats protection the will help you towards the cost. they are willing to help to reduce the population of unwanted cats

Some can stay in heat for months!!! The best and only way to stop her is to have her spayed, not only will you get to sleep again at night, she'll be happier and you won't be adding to the overwhelming cat population. Every year millions of unwanted cats are put to sleep! Trust me 80% of the cats at the shelter I use to work at got put down!!!!

I heard a female cat will throw themselves into heat over and over again until they either 1 get some action or 2 get pregnant. Probably should get her spayed.

Female cats are induced ovulators. Which means they will stay in heat until they are bred. My advice is to get her spayed. It might cost you more to spay a cat in heat but at least your house will be quiet.
